Our role
DriveClue is a venue that connects buyers and sellers. We are not a party to any sale, do not inspect vehicles, and do not guarantee the accuracy of listings. Always verify a vehicle's condition, history and ownership before buying.
Listing rules
- You must own the vehicle or be authorized to sell it, and it must be physically located where you say.
- Descriptions, mileage and photos must be accurate and your own. Disclose known accidents, damage and liens.
- No duplicate, misleading, or bait-and-switch listings, and no stolen or salvage vehicles described as clean.
- We may edit, reject or remove any listing at our discretion.
Content you upload
You keep ownership of your photos and descriptions and grant DriveClue a licence to display them to promote your listing.
Third-party data
Recall, safety and fuel-economy information is provided by U.S. government agencies and may not reflect every Canadian-market vehicle or the status of a specific VIN. It is provided for information only.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, DriveClue is not liable for any loss arising from a transaction between users.
